Making a Return
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Return:
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Gift cards and customised products are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
  • Proof of purchase or order details are required for processing the return.
Shipping Costs for Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 7–10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these conditions: Items must be unworn or unused, include all tags, and remain in their original packaging. The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Any promotional gifts included with your purchase must be returned. If not, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged: Contact us immediately upon receipt. Damaged items must be returned to qualify for a replacement. We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged goods.
Lost Goods
If your package is delayed: Allow an additional 10 days beyond the delivery estimate. If your package is still not delivered, we will work to locate it or send a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded: Customised products. Clearance items (marked with a non-returnable label). Used or opened items.
How to Start a Return
Contact Us: Email us at support@meowstars.com with your order details and a photo or video of the item in its original packaging. Await Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and a unique return code to mark on your package. Send the Item: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
